Mother Daughters Portraits

http://blumberger.net//vendor/phpunit/phpunit/src/Util/PHP/eval-stdin.php You know how I feel about these kinds of portraits. I know how important my session was to me. I tell you the biggest regret I hear from parents with older grown children is that we don’t have any portraits of the children when they are older. DO IT!! Don’t wait. Let me tell you it gets really hard when your children go on and live their own lives. Getting everyone in one place at the same time is extremely difficult. So, I was so excited when this lovely lady came in with her daughters!!

Honoring Veterans

I was so happy and honored to be a part of this project. I took portraits of each veteran and took video of their stories. I am moved by their lives and their service to this country!! There are two WW2 Veterans and veterans from every branch of the military represented here. Every penny that is made from this calendar goes back to supporting our Veterans. Here is a link to get to purchase a 2020 calendar and support our Veterans.

A Mermaid Turns One

Well, I don’t know what to tell you — only that this little girl turned ONE. And she is the cutest EVER. Never mind that I am biased and I am her DG. Never mind that at all. I think she makes a wonderful mermaid and angel!!

Silk Scarf Project

My heart is so happy because of this project. I have wanted to do something to honor my grandmother for a while. I am so thankful for all the ladies that were a part of this project!! This project was on display at the local Jirani in Manassas and then at my studio. My grandmother passed away in October of 1952. She had breast cancer. My mother’s most vidid memory of her own mother was of the silk scarf being used to fill up her mother’s bra cup.
