Rippon Lodge is a historic wedding venue located in Prince William County. It was built in 1725, making it the oldest historical property in the county! Historic Rockland | Leesburg Wedding Venue

This shoot! Well, the moment you add a 1946 Fleet Master- that’s that. Really, this was a wonderful shoot to capture. Blush, pink, peach and gold, with a twist of Victorian. Historic Rockland is a new venue on the wedding scene in Leesburg. The property is situated just north of Leesburg, Virginia on Route 15 in Loudoun County, is a beautifully appointed, historic 600 acre farm on the Potomac River. Marriott Ranch Wedding | Virginia Photographer

Kim and Brad were married at Marriott Ranch on a gorgeous August Saturday in Hume, Virginia! There were so many cool things about their day- Kim’s hat for one! Such a vintage look and it went perfect with her dress…and perfect with the ranch! I loved their invitations and how everything for the wedding day had the same beautiful classic rustic look. Brad’s and the groomsmen’s boutonnieres had a rustic, almost steampunk look to them- they were handmade by a friend. That’s what it’s all about having a day that is YOU. And everything on their day definitely reflected who they are- we were so glad to be a part of their day!!

Foxnews LIVE Wedding in Manassas

Well, this was a first for me. Shooting a wedding that was on LIVE television! Ashley and Tommy were amazing- they were more nervous about their first dance (I told her all you have to do is sway; ) than being on live TV.  The whole wedding came about because Amy’s Bridal was being featured on FoxNews Zip Trip.  If you want to watch the wedding here is the clip of the story… if you look closely you may see me in action; ) There were a lot of vendors that made this day possible for Ashley and Tommy (I will list them below). What a great couple- high school sweethearts! The ring Tommy designed himself featuring his grandmother’s diamond. And Ashley’s grandmother gave her wedding rings and Ashley had them sewn into her wedding dress. Ashley was a stunning bride- I absolutely loved the jeweled bouquet made by her mother-in-law! Best wishes to the bride and groom!!
