River Farm Boho Engagement Session|1940s Style Shoot

The talented Virginia Perry of VP-Consulting.net put the whole thing together- and the talents of a mother/daughter makeup team of ticabeauty.com created two looks for this bride (1940s and Boho). I loved both looks and thought that Jen (our Bride/model) looked like Blake Lively’s character in The Age of Adaline: )) After we did the 1940s part of the shoot, we did a boho engagement session with Jen and Jeff. They were a pleasure to work with!!!

Rippon Landing |Historic Wedding Venue Woodbridge Virginia

Not too often does a photographer get to photograph Snow White in a wedding dress! I LOVE what I do!! When you work with talented professionals, it makes my job so easy. Rippon Lodge is a historic wedding venue located in Prince William County. It was built in 1725, making it the oldest historical property in the county! I absolutely have a sweet spot for historic venues!! This is some beautiful inspiration- and every summer bride should have a parasol!! Just sayin’

Historic Rockland | Leesburg Wedding Venue

This shoot! Well, the moment you add a 1946 Fleet Master- that’s that. Really, this was a wonderful shoot to capture. Blush, pink, peach and gold, with a twist of Victorian. Historic Rockland is a new venue on the wedding scene in Leesburg. The property is situated just north of Leesburg, Virginia on Route 15 in Loudoun County, is a beautifully appointed, historic 600 acre farm on the Potomac River.
