Photography is pretty physically demanding, especially wedding or event photography. Off and on through out my life, I have weight trained. I love the way being strong feels! And it really helps to be strong when you are carrying a lot of gear or need to squat or stand for long periods of time. So, I decided to get back to it!
I had been telling Mike about all these funny photos I have in my head that relate to exercise and photography! Today, I started my FitPhotog 105 project. 105 days of getting fit, body muscles and photography muscles! 105 days in honor of the awesome 105 Nikon lens! I plan to post here on my blog, Instagram and FB. I hope others will join me, but if not…I am content to have fun alone; )
The weight training part will be a 3 day a week full body workout…the photography muscle part will be a challenge to myself to try something new each week. I will post a photo (the finished image or a behind the scene) of my challenge on Instagram and may include a gallery here when the 105 days is done.
The above photo is the kick off photo for this adventure! The 70-200mm Shuttle Run… this is a take off of the shuttle run with the erasers! Remember that? I have so many of these crazy photos in my head; )
