Everything turned out GOLDEN for this wedding- (this is a term that I use all the time – and it just happens to be the couple’s last name- score for me; ) The weather didn’t cooperate with us- so they had their ceremony inside- which turned out beautiful!! Sarah’s Dad did all the flowers and made the doors used in the ceremony. It did stop raining – well, it drizzled during formals- these two were so so fun!! What a lively reception!! Loved the first look with Sarah’s dad and a bridesmaid reveal -so cute!! Sarah was a stunning bride!! I also loved their sand ceremony- but you know what touches me- their engagement photo was used for the container for the sand- this is so incredibly moving to me!!!
Kim and Nick!!! We had their engagement session last week at Oatlands. It had stopped raining just in time for their session- yay!! Their wedding is in June 2017- congrats to you both!

This was on the front of the letter Alyssa gave Marshall on their wedding yesterday at Springfield Golf and Country Club. These two are a perfect match. Do you remember their engagement – vintage ring and Marshall made the ring box himself! It is pictured here with both rings- Alyssa gifted Marshall with vintage cufflinks. Their day was perfect surrounded by family and friends!! Her dad played guitar and was very moved when he saw his daughter for the first time!! Mike and I were so honored to be a part of their day!!!
Haley and James!!! Haley and I have been friends for a long time now- and I love her- her uniqueness, her tender soul and her love for other people!! And she has found someone that appreciates that in her and loves her for the special woman she is!!! There are so many things I loved about this wedding- James has 3 beautiful daughters and Haley gave them each birthstone earrings to wear at the wedding – and then during the ceremony Haley talked about the symbolism of the ring that James had gotten her with the 3 different birthstones-a joining of a family!!! I loved the sand ceremony which included Haley’s dad (who by the way,married them and walked Haley down the aisle), James, Haley and each daughter. I loved how Jenna- shook every bit of sand out of her container!!! James and Haley rocked this wedding and it was so THEM and I was so honored to be there!!
